Mike received his Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, and went on to complete the Physician Assistant Program at University of Nebraska through the US Military in San Antonio, Texas. He completed his residency at Fort Carson, Colorado and joined The Center in 2003.
