The Center offers a wide range of occupational health services to support employers in maintaining a healthy, safe workforce while reducing the overall cost of care for your company and your employees. As Central Oregon’s largest provider of occupational medicine, we work directly with employers to keep businesses running and employees safe and healthy on the job.
Our occupational medicine physicians and PAs are trained to diagnose and treat work-related injuries. They’re up-to-date on federal and state regulations for workforce health and safety, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), so they can make the best treatment plans and perform regulatory examinations.

Walk-in immediate care for on-the-job injuries must be less than 60 days old. Please schedule an appointment for injuries older than 60 days.
