Please anticipate heavy traffic on 27th Street and allow yourself extra time to get to your appointment. 

Directions for The Center patients:

1. Turn West on Neff Road from 27th Street
2. Turn right on NE Williamson Blvd.
3. Turn left at the stop sign
4. Turn right to enter The Center parking lot

Directions for Cascade Surgicenter patients:

1. Turn West on Neff Road from 27th Street
2. Turn right on NE Williamson Blvd.
3. Turn left at the stop sign
4. Turn right to enter the underground parking lot
