Mathew Paluck is a fellowship trained physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor (physiatrist) that specializes in non-surgical management of musculoskeletal and spine injuries. He is board certified in both physical medicine and rehabilitation, and electrodiagnostic medicine. His unique background benefits his patients by going beyond the traditional evaluations of the musculoskeletal system to create individualized treatment programs that address the underlying cause of pain, not just the symptoms. Dr. Paluck enjoys a patient-oriented approach to care. He uses state-of-the-art diagnostics, including electrodiagnostic testing (EMG/NCS), fluoroscopic and ultrasound guided injections, advanced imaging, and laboratory testing to diagnose the cause of a patient’s pain.
