Medical Education: Physician Assistant Program, Gannon University

As a young child, Kevin was fascinated by science, biology, and anatomy. Raised on a dairy farm in Pennsylvania, he was the first in his family to pursue higher education and chose orthopedics for his career path. Kevin joined The Center’s orthopedic team in 2004 and finds satisfaction in providing care that truly changes patients’ lives. He says he has always been mechanically inclined, which meshes well with the mechanical aspects of orthopedic injury and repair. Kevin and his family chose to move to Bend for its active lifestyle, climate, and stellar medical community. When he’s not caring for patients, he enjoys hiking, gardening, archery, fly fishing, and hunting.

“I had several questions about meds after my recent total knee replacement, and Kevin answered all of them, gave me a plan to use the meds, and set my mind at ease. He is an asset to The Center!”

“Kevin Kolcun is a very competent and caring PA who takes the time to thoroughly discuss and diagnose symptoms prior to treatment.  I can’t speak more highly of his abilities.”

“Kevin has been so thorough, as one problem has led to another and he has referred me on to another doctor who can address my further complications from my original diagnosis. I appreciate the fast and efficient service in getting me appointments for the next problem.”

“Kevin Kolcun was awesome, he was thorough and just what I needed.”

“I can’t say enough about Dr. Hall’s PA Kevin Kolcun. He is exceptional in every way. I only met Dr. Hall once and was so grateful he did the surgery. What a kind doctor. Kevin answered all my questions, never hurried me out but listened to my concerns, and I felt safe with the surgery because of his care.”

“Kevin Kolcun was kind and patient and explained everything I needed to know to make the decision for a total knee replacement with Dr. Hall.”
