Dr. Nelson is a board certified physiatrist that specializes in non-surgical management of musculoskeletal and spine injuries. He earned his medical degree at University of California, San Diego, and completed his residency at University of California, Davis Medical Center. His broad medical expertise allows him to diagnose and treat a wide variety of injuries and illnesses with medications and minimally invasive procedures.

Chris Cooper PT, DPT, CSCS, earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana and is a Level 3 Certified Titleist Performance Institute Medical and Fitness Professional.
