Orthopedic Surgeon - Hand and Upper Extremity

We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon to join our team of fellowship-trained physicians consisting of 14 orthopedic surgeons, 2 neurosurgeons, 5 physical medicine & rehabilitation physicians, and 20 PAs in a well established practice with on-site MRI and ASC. We are seeking a fellowship-trained hand surgeon with an interest in becoming a partner. Outstanding earning potential based on production. Practice and play in one of the most desirable communities in the Pacific Northwest. Come to Bend and enjoy skiing, climbing, biking, fishing, and golf within minutes of town. Regional population is 250K.

Physician Assistant - Ortho

We are seeking two physician assistants to join our team. One position is with our sports medicine team in Bend and the other will be a general orthopedic role in Redmond. Both positions include being a first assist in surgery, providing independent clinic services including H&Ps, follow up and post op visits, injections and acute injury evaluation. The PA’s will be part of a large orthopedic PA call group rotation with ten PAs supporting the physician on primary call, thus the call burden is quite low and is reimbursed as additional income. Moving allowance available.

Athletic Trainer - Certified

The Center, in conjunction with Apex Physical Therapy, in Madras, is seeking a motivated, positive, team oriented Certified Athletic Trainer for a 10-month-per-year position in Madras, Oregon. This position will consist of approximately 20 hours per week as the athletic trainer in a high school setting (for The Center Foundation) and approximately 20 hours per week as a PT Aide (for Apex Physical Therapy). The 10-month period will run from mid-August to mid-June each year.

The Center Foundation provides athletic trainers through our outreach program to local high schools. Athletic trainer duties for The Center Foundation include working with athletes in the training room at Madras High School, five afternoons a week, providing coverage for team practices as well as some evening and weekend events. Mileage reimbursement to and from The Center (in Bend) for monthly staff meetings, along with professional dues and licensing fees. Other duties may include support work for The Center Foundation which holds medical conferences and fundraising events during the year. 

Apex Physical Therapy is excited to be working in collaboration with The Center Foundation and Madras High School to create this unique opportunity. Apex Physical Therapy is a small privately owned PT clinic in Madras. The position at Apex will require one to be a dynamic team member willing to perform a variety of duties such as PT aide in the clinic, collaborating with Apex providers, providing Apex community outreach, and potentially working with local large employers with concepts of improving/ maintaining a safe, high-quality work place for the industrial athlete. Appointment Scheduler (with incentive pay!)

We are seeking a positive, detail-oriented person to join our appointment scheduling team. Responsibilities include answering phones, triaging calls, and scheduling appointments. Earn up to an extra $200 a month by meeting monthly benchmarks! This position requires good organizational and computer skills, ability to multitask and excellent teamwork with a positive attitude. Prior customer service and computer experience required.
