HEALTH INFORMATION SPECIALIST
We are seeking a detail oriented person to join our health information team. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast paced and flexible team environment, and ability to maintain strict levels of confidentiality. Duties include processing release of information requests, management of provider documents, and management of all patient medical records needs. Attention to detail a must. Experience with electronic medical records desired. This is a full-time position.
MEDICAL BILLING SPECIALIST
We are seeking a positive, detail-oriented person to join our team in medical billing. Duties include reviewing patient accounts for accuracy in all areas including insurance, charges, and payments in addition to following up on outstanding insurance balances by working A/R reports and processing initial denials. This position requires strong customer service, phone, and computer skills and the ability to interact well with the team. Previous collections, insurance verification, and/or aging experience in a medical environment desired. Two years medical billing experience preferred. This is a full-time position and starting wage is $17.00 per hour.
MEDICAL Office SPECIALIST
Cascade SurgiCenter (located at The Center in Bend) is seeking a medical office specialist/patient services specialist) to join our team for the early shift. This position is in the business office and the main duties include checking patients in for surgery, processing payments, and assembling patient charts. Other duties may include insurance verification, collections, verifying and posting charges as well as reviewing dictation. At least one year of medical office experience and previous experience working with CPT and ICD-10 codes is preferred. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and a low error rate. This is a full-time position and includes benefits. Hours are 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
RADIOLOGY TECH (PER DIEM)
We are seeking a per diem X-ray tech to join our team. ARRT or equivalent required, C-arm experience desired but not required. Must be detail oriented and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Center offers a competitive compensation package.
RECOVERY ROOM SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Cascade SurgiCenter (located at The Center in Bend) is seeking a positive, detail-oriented person to join our team in the recovery room. Duties include clerical work, assisting with cleaning bays and equipment between patients, and restocking supplies. Previous experience in a medical clinic preferred, but we will train the right candidate (tell us why you would like to be trained to do this job!). Must be a team player, detail oriented, and able to multi-task.
Cascade SurgiCenter (located at The Center in Bend) is seeking a per-diem Registered Nurse (RN) for our admit/recovery area, experience preferred. BLS and current licensure with the Oregon State Board of Nursing is required. Weekdays only – no weekends.
