CLINIC UNIT COORDINATOR
We are seeking a positive, multi-tasker to join our team as a clinic unit coordinator in our physical medicine and rehabilitation department. The Unit Coordinator supports the medical assistants (MA), physicians, and physician assistants (PA) in a particular section by assisting with clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, handling mail, voice mail, faxes, etc. Requires good organizational and computer skills, ability to multitask, excellent teamwork and a positive attitude. This is a full-time position.
MEDICAL BILLING SPECIALIST
We are seeking a positive, detail-oriented person to join our team in medical billing. Duties include reviewing patient accounts for accuracy in all areas including insurance, charges, and payments in addition to following up on outstanding insurance balances by working A/R reports and processing initial denials. This position requires strong customer service, phone, and computer skills and the ability to interact well with the team. Previous collections, insurance verification, and/or aging experience in a medical environment desired. Two years of medical billing experience preferred. This is a full-time position.
We are seeking a full-time Certified Athletic Trainer to join our team. We are a busy clinic with 26 orthopedic providers, in addition to our neurosurgical and physical medicine and rehabilitation providers. This full-time position will primarily work in our cast room within the orthopedic practice providing direct patient care; including casting/splinting, bracing, and assisting in office-based surgical procedures. In your role as an athletic trainer, you will provide periodic support to our team of athletic trainers, which may include working with middle or high school athletes at local schools providing game or practice coverage. Current athletic training BOC certification is required along with the ability to be licensed in the state of Oregon. Experience in the orthopedic setting with casting or brace fitting is preferred – we will provide training to the right candidate. Tentative start date is September 2018.
PATIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST
We are seeking a positive, detail-oriented person to join our patient services team. Responsibilities may include greeting patients at reception, checking them in for appointments, scheduling future appointments and/or answering incoming calls. We are a high volume medical clinic with 40+ providers. This position requires good organizational and computer skills, ability to multitask, excellent teamwork and a positive attitude. Prior customer service and computer experience required.
RADIOLOGY TECH (PER DIEM)
We are seeking a per diem X-ray tech to join our team. ARRT or equivalent required, C-arm experience desired but not required. Must be detail oriented and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Center offers a competitive compensation package.
Cascade SurgiCenter (located at The Center in Bend) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to assist with cardiology procedures, epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablations and procedures performed with local anesthesia. This is a full-time position. Cath lab experience, BLS and current licensure with the Oregon State Board of Nursing is required. Weekdays only — no weekends.
Cascade SurgiCenter (located at The Center in Bend) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our operating room (OR). Endovascular experience preferred. This is a full-time position. OR experience, BLS, and current licensure with the Oregon State Board of Nursing is required. Weekdays only — no weekends.
REGISTERED NURSE (PER DIEM)
Cascade SurgiCenter (located at The Center in Bend) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our operating room (OR). Requires OR circulating experience. A current license with the Oregon State Board of Nursing is required. This is a per diem position. Weekdays only — no weekends.
Cascade SurgiCenter (located at The Center in Bend) is seeking a positive, detail-oriented person to join our team as a surgery scheduler. Duties include scheduling surgery center procedures and surgeries, verifying correct CPT codes, and confirming any special equipment needs. This position requires knowledge of medical terminology, proficient computer use, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be a team player, detail oriented and able to multi-task. Prior experience in a medical environment required, previous surgery scheduling experience a plus.
