We are seeking a positive, detail-oriented person to join our authorizations team. Duties include working with various insurance companies to seek authorization for surgeries and other procedures. This position requires excellent communication skills and teamwork. Strong customer service and computer skills needed. Previous surgery authorization, insurance, or scheduling experience desired. This is a full-time position.
Health Information Specialist
We are seeking a a detail-oriented person to join our health information management (HIM) team. This is a full time position of 30 or 40 hours per week – you choose! This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast paced and flexible team environment, and ability to maintain strict levels of confidentiality. Duties include processing release of information requests, gathering patient intake information, management of provider dictation, and management of all patient medical records needs. Attention to detail a must. Experience with electronic medical records desired.
We are seeking a positive, professional, back office medical assistant (MA) to join our team. Full-time, Monday-Friday. Excellent organizational skills, computer skills, and medical terminology required. Previous MA or closely related experience required.
MEDICAL BILLING SPECIALIST
We are seeking a positive, detail-oriented person to join our team in medical billing. Duties include reviewing patient accounts for accuracy in all areas including insurance, charges, and payments in addition to following up on outstanding insurance balances by working A/R reports and processing initial denials. This position requires strong customer service, phone, and computer skills and the ability to interact well with the team. Previous collections, insurance verification, and/or aging experience in a medical environment desired. Two years medical billing experience preferred. This is a full-time position and stating wage is $17.00 per hour.
We are seeking a full-time medical scribe, anticipated schedule is 35-40 hours per week. This fast-paced position requires strong computer skills, must type fast and accurately. You will be responsible for taking electronic notes during patient visits in the exam rooms with the physician and patient present. Scribe experience desired but not required (tell us why you would be a good scribe!)
PATIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST
We are seeking a positive, detail-oriented person to join our Patient Services team. Responsibilities may include greeting patients at reception, checking them in for appointments, scheduling future appointments, and/or answering incoming calls. We are a high volume medical clinic with 40+ providers. This position requires good organizational and computer skills, ability to multitask, excellent teamwork, and a positive attitude. Prior customer service and computer experience required. This is a full-time position and includes benefits. Starting wage is $16.50 per hour.
PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT – SPORTS MEDICINE
We are seeking a physician assistant (PA) to join our sports medicine orthopedic team. Some orthopedic experience required. This position includes being a first assist in surgery, hospital rounding, providing independent clinic services including H&Ps, follow up and post op visits, injections, and acute injury evaluation. You will be part of a large orthopedic PA call group rotation with 12 PA’s supporting the physician on primary call, thus the call burden is quite low and is reimbursed as additional income. Our multi-specialty group includes 24 fellowship trained physicians and 21 PA’s in a well-established successful practice. Moving allowance available. Our competitive compensation package includes a salary based on experience, quarterly bonus potential, as well as an excellent benefit package.
RADIOLOGY TECH (PER DIEM)
We are seeking a per diem X-ray tech to join our team. ARRT or equivalent required, C-arm experience desired but not required. Must be detail oriented and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Center offers a competitive compensation package.
We are seeking a positive, detail-oriented person to join our surgery scheduling team. Work with the physician, patient, and the billing/authorizations department to get necessary approvals for surgery and insurance pre-certification. Schedule the procedure with the appropriate facility, including medical reps and any special equipment needed. This position requires knowledge of medical terminology and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be a team player, detail oriented and able to multi-task. Prior experience in a medical environment required, previous surgery scheduling experience a plus. This is a full-time position.
